Validant Adds New Partners and Client Engagement to European Team

Validant is pleased to announce the addition of four new Partners and Client Engagement in the Validant European team with a combined experience of over 120 years of industry experience. These additions are part of Validant’s overall investment to better serve our European clients:

  • Mohsen Eghbal joins Validant as Managing Partner bringing over thirty years of experience in leading quality organizations overseeing global manufacturing and distribution, building and implementing global quality systems and driving regulatory inspection readiness. He has in-depth knowledge in data integrity, FDA remediation and validation. Quality VP level roles at Sandoz, Merck-Serono and Elan. Mohsen is based out of Switzerland.
  • Tony McDonagh brings over thirty-five years of Life Science industry experience as a Validant Partner. Tony brings a wealth of experience across business process compliance, electronic Laboratory and Quality System operations, Supply Chain and Distribution processes, product Serialization and IT Quality Systems, Risk Based Computer systems validation and Data Integrity. Prior to Validant he was the Executive Director IT Global Operations at Alexion (US and Europe) and CIO & Head of IT for Novartis GBS (Global Business Services) in Dublin.
  • Kurt Moerck, Ph.D. joins Validant as Partner. Kurt is a GMP Quality and Compliance professional brining over 39 years´ experience within the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Healthcare Industry, including over 30 years’ Global Experience at 3 of the largest Worldwide Pharmaceutical Companies:  SmithKline Beecham, Sanofi-Aventis and Sandoz/Novartis, as well as Alcon Labs.
  • Tony Baker brings over thirty-five years experience in drug development and regulatory affairs. He has substantial experience with all EU regulatory procedures and has covered a broad range of therapeutic areas and product types. He is accustomed to understanding the needs of regulatory authorities, negotiating and building positive working relationships with them. Prior to Validant, he was in a senior leadership position with the NDA Group. Tony is based in the United Kingdom.
  • Rob McGowan joins Validant with over 15 years of international B2B commercial and marketing experience. Prior to joining Validant, was responsible for managing business development activities in North America and in Europe for PQE Group regarding GxP consulting services for the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors.  He was also involved in the expansion of operations and establishment of PQE’s offices in both Germany and the USA.  Rob is currently responsible for account management and new business development activities for Validant’s GxP consulting services focused on quality, compliance and global regulatory issues across Europe.
